Over the past three years, Caitlin has provided worldwide retained search services for a diverse set of companies, including Sapient Corporation, Fuseproject, Frog Design, Disney, SAP, GSI Commerce, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Idealbite.com, Newwest.net and MDC-Partners' portfolio of marketing and design companies which includes innovation leaders Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Bruce Mau Design, Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners, and Hello Design.
Open Colony recruits across disciplines (design, user-experience, technology, marketing, executive management, business development, client services, strategy, operations, human resources, content, and research) through a transparent, progressive, integrated model. Before transitioning into the recruiting field, Caitlin worked on the founding staff of Wired Magazine, the harbinger of digital culture, and HotWired.com, the first commercial web magazine. She moderates Open Colony’s member’s-only salon, where experts interact relating to topics from talent to the current state of our industry.
Caitlin has traveled extensively and is an avid reader and consumer of culture. She is interested in the advent of the digital revolution and is passionate about helping people and companies find their calling.
